Flying Hearts T-Shirt Design

Flying Hearts T-Shirt Design

The T-Shirt that I designed with a little help of my Flying (Scribbler) Hearts Photoshop brushes on Zazzle just arrived!!!

And wow, it looks good :)

I washed it yesterday, and took the iPhone Hipstamatic photo :) But, it looks better than on this photo and better than the image in my Zazzle shop!

This T-Shirt was created with a little help of my Free Photoshop brushes (Digital Stamps): Scribbler Hearts, available for download on Digital Scrapbooking Source ->

Hanging hearts are also my brushes, but these are not available for download, yet. I still keep them for myself ;)

However, there are loads of high quality Photoshop brushes (w/commercial license) available in my little Shop of Wonders :) so feel free to visit ->

The quotation on the T-Shirt is by Frida Kahlo and it says: Feet, what do I need you for when I have wings to fly?

“Flying hearts” T-shirt is available in my Zazzle Shop, and I’m gonna wear it at tonight’s party!

Enjoy your day and have fun creating,
Silvia

From PS Brushes to T-shirt to Sale

Guys,

I just have to share this with you. I made this T-Shirt on Zazzle just for the purpose of showing you one of the ways to use Photoshop brushes. I did this T-Shirt and just left it there. Never did any promotion for my Zazzle shop or anything like that. I guess you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when  I received an email from Zazzle stating that it was sold!

Geee!

Yes I know, it looks a bit Twitter. But I created this swirled shapes with leaves a long time ago, back in August 2006. I didn’t know (now I know) if Twitter even existed at that time. Yes, it’s true and it can be easily verified on my profile on iStockphoto.Com (just check the “date uploaded” field).

Anyways, that’s how the “Tweet! Tweet! Springtime!” TShirt was created and sold on Zazzle yesterday.

In case you were wondering, the brushes used for this T-Shirt come from:

Swirls 2 – Photoshop Brushes set
Set of 36 high quality brushes!

This set is compatible with Photoshop 7.0, CS, CS2, CS3, CS4 and CS5.
Commercial license included.

Birds are added manually, but later on I published Photoshop brushes – Birds, pretty successful set I might say and those two in combination offer many many new possibilities.

That’s, like, just one of gazzilion ways to make some extra income with Photoshop brushes. If I made it, you can make it too. Just make sure you use brushes that come with commercial license. (Do I need to mention that all brushes from my Shop come with commercial license?)

OK. That’s it for now, I know I promised to work on January Edition of GBG eZine and it’s coming to an end and all GBG members will get it next week.

Love ya all!

Photoshop brushes on clothes

Gang, I’ve just came up with another idea!

Why would we need to apply Photoshop brushes on graphics for web or print only? Why limit ourselves? I think that this white Swirls Photoshop brush fits perfectly on dark clothes.

Check it out for yourself! Not to mention other possibilities. How about mugs, or bags, or buttons, magnets, aprons?…. possibilities are limitless.

So, consider this, you can get the 9,99$ swirls – Photoshop brushes set, create nice designs with them, open a Shop or Create What's on Your Mind at CafePress store and apply them to clothes, mugs, or bags, or buttons, magnets, aprons…. all this various different stuff.

Or, if you’re just not in mood, get some of those for yourself (or your beloved ones) from cafepress shop.

I just gave away a graphics-illustrations T-shirt to someone I don’t even know

I was just getting ready to become depressed as nothing interesting was happening today and it was just about to became… boring? until few hours ago I run into that shoemoney blog.

It seemed like every blogger in the universe knows about that guy except for me. OK, I am a designer and a photographer so I guess It’s forgivable. Anyways, if he is to be trusted it seems like that guy is making some serious money with his blog which, of course, grabbed my attention.

Now, among other stuff that he does, he also takes a pictures of himself. A lot. I don’t know, maybe some think he’s sexy being bold with glasses and all. Anyway, if he gets all that attention (like thousands of visitors every day) I thought it would be nice if he published a picture of him self wearing a T-Shirt with my logo on it.

So, to cut the short story long (or was it the other way around) I decided to send him a T-Shirt with my logo on it and let him make one his “Free Shirt Friday” post using it. He gets a shirt and I get exposure.

I was just figuring this whole thing out when the following funny spam email popped in (what a laugh!):

“Award Claim

I’m rich!!! I’m a millionaire!!! Despite the fact that I never played that freakin’ lottery, that woman found me and decided to give me one million dollars! Now, how lucky is that! :)
