Now, how cool is that?
Some believe that 9 is the number of eternity. So, many decided to get married today for this symbolic reason.
Which brings me to Beatles. How? Well, not just because their fame is eternal, but also because they made a song called Revolution 9.
Did they want to tell us something with that number nine? Or with the word revolution? I don’t know. But I know that I made a pretty good shot of sunset yesterday and that I wanted to share it with you.

So, the competition was so strong, that I just could not select only seven submissions and leave it there. We decided to split our GBG Newsletter in half, so the beginning of May was totally hectic as I needed to work on some new ideas. :)

Remember Tammy’s email I was telling you about in the post Romantic? She really amazed us with her creativity. And guess what? Tammy did it again!
Boy, I think we should all learn from her. This time again, she used a brush from my Hearts Photoshop Brushes Set … and she made a label for the chocolate box that was a gift … anyways, here’s what she did and how she did it in her own words:
“We added some text and printed it on a full size sticker (available at office supply stores). We used the sticker as a label on a box (a circuit board had previously occupied the box!) We filled the box with green shredded paper, and chocolate covered strawberries, and it was delivered with a bouquet of balloons as a 17th birthday gift for Casie – my son Chase’s girlfriend.”
Now, that’s awesome!
Not just because Tammy expressed her creativity here, but also because it is really great when you give something that you made yourself. When the person who get’s the gift actually sees that you dedicated your time and prepared something special just for her. It is so much more than just hopping on to the store and buying it already wrapped up. (Unless, of course, it is a gift for a kid which is a different story … :)

I’ve been thinking about taking the whole Photoshop brushes thing to the next level. Say … animating it.
It could be cool for video scrap booking, or should I say, scrap video. I mean it’s basically the same thing. It’s just that, this time, Photoshop brushes are used in video. So, I played around with After Effects for a while and made this little video. Kind of introduction to the whole new era – VIDEO SCRAPPING!
So, for starters, I made a little video from my brushes and background. This font is actually a brush: Grunge alphabet and numbers with swirls, Photoshop brushes set and a background is from my background set: “2 pack graphics: old grunge paper images 1″.

I got an email, the other day, from one of my 800+ Photoshop Brushes MEGA SET buyers. She asked me how much would I charge for creating RSS Icons Photoshop brushes set.
In normal circumstances, I don’t make brushes by order. But, she bought the MEGA SET and that placed her in a special position.
