I’m in a god mood today. Didn’t watch TV or read newspapers for a while and I got to feel better instantly.
I was wondering, what would happen if the human race would lose interest in news, sensations, killings, getting rich and richer? And if people who like guns and violence suddenly decide that they like poetry better? And people with thirst for power suddenly realize that painting with watercolor is more interesting?
Yeah, well … didn’t watch TV for a while and I got to feel better. Does this mean that our brain wants to be in a good mood by default but is just being overwhelmed with bad news from the outside world?
Probably. As they say, the sun is always shining regardless to the clouds.

Linda,
Thank you for beautiful words. I totally agree with you on giving and the power of arts.
Thanks again!
Love,
Silvia
Ahhhhh, YES, think of what the world would be like with more DIGITAL artists!!! He, he …
I very rarely watch the news and am very selective in my television viewing. I am, by nature, a VERY joyful person and that joy can be shaken when exposed to too much negativity. I believe that artistic expression (creativity) brings out the passionate and compassionate parts of our human nature.
I can’t help but feel that the more we give, in whatever way we are able to, the more connected we feel to the world around us, giving us hope for future and the ability to place GREAT value on our life and that of others.
I have come to have GREAT admiration for you Ms. Silvia! Not only for your INCREDIBLE talents but for your BEAUTIFUL heart and mind!
GORGEOUS photo and I am off to view the others!
Thank you for sharing!
Love and hugs,
Linda :)
