Well, here in Croatia today was a last day for a tax reports. I thought again, when juggling with a papers today: why we are still using so much papers for something that is anyway, stored as a digital data?
Not to mention that, like always, all that bureaucracy made me mad; felt helpless, hopeless and defenseless. While waiting in the queue, I heard one guy talking to the office lady about his new born child. He was happy to announce that he has become a father for the first time, all proud and happy. Office lady talked to him about social security numbers, reports and all in all… that moment I felt like a slave. Real slave with an invisible number stamped on me right after my birth.
My government wants to keep me blissfully ignorant, half healthy half cozy. They want me quiet, servile and on the short and strong leash.
It wasn’t one of my happy days, nor mediocre (I don’t want to say bad or ugly!). But I managed somehow because it’s Fridayyyy!!!! So, for today I have grunge styled letters and numbers in a form of Photoshop 7 brushes set. Divided, as usually, in two editions:

Yesterday, after discovering that AdToll thing, I found myself thinking about how this, this and this person can earn enough money from their blogs? They are actually living a great life only from money earned that way?
Look, this woman is even supporting her family with it! That’s the direction I’m going to. It takes long, but I’ll get there sooner or later.

Why would we need to apply Photoshop brushes on graphics for web or print only? Why limit ourselves? I think that this white Swirls Photoshop brush fits perfectly on dark clothes.

I don’t have fast-high-tech-high-end computer. I got one old Ati graphic card… well, I have to render it for a whole night!!!! – only to make a one small video. That’s frustrating! I don’t have an idea on how to make this video so that it’s suitable for upload… I don’t know.
Any ideas? (except: go and buy yourself new machine, for example Mac or something… unless someone want’s to buy it for me? Hahaha!)

I don’t know about you but, when it comes to coding, html, css, js and stuff, it’s just not… my thing.
But being a web designer, sometimes, for some projects, when there no are programmers involved I just have to deal with coding.
So, what happened, one of my favorite clients ordered the whole visual identity package (you know company logo, letterhead, business cards, web site…) and, on the top of it all he wanted a blog on blogger. Naturally, this blog had to be designed to fit the visual identity of his company.
Lot of html/css tweaking – but, I managed. Tweaked that template and made it follow the visual identity parameters of the company, here is the link -> Greeenamic blog.
OK, to make a long story short, I grabbed that bull (blogger) by the horns and started to fight it. However I would never be able to find my way through that template without a help from this amazing Firefox Addon called Web developer that made it possible for me to locate the CSS definitions of each and every block of that blogger template I was tweaking.
